1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LockRoute services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

LockRoute provides two independent paid services:

• •US Route — routes your traffic through a US endpoint so you can use US-only websites and apps.
• •US Number — a real US phone number assigned to your account for receiving SMS verification codes inside the LockRoute app.
• •Both are auto-renewable subscriptions and may be subscribed to independently.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• •Any illegal activities
• •Distributing malware or harmful content
• •Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• •Harassment or abuse of others
• •Violation of intellectual property rights, including signing up for services in violation of those services' terms

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including any messages received on a US phone number assigned to you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed by Apple, Google, or your chosen payment provider according to the duration you select. Refund requests are handled by the billing party (App Store, Play Store, etc.) per their refund policies.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. Released US phone numbers cannot be reclaimed.

7. Limitation of Liability

LockRoute is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed verification codes or denied access by a third-party service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel either subscription at any time through your account settings or your device's subscription manager (App Store, Play Store).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
